Mesa Labs is proud to partner with Inteccon, Inc. based in Boca Raton, Florida, to establish three new authorized DryCal service centers in Mexico and South America! It’s now easier than ever to complete service and calibration of your DryCal primary gas flow standards, assuring that high-accuracy measurements are not compromised. Our new service centers have the capability to perform full repair and service calibration on Mesa’s Defender, Definer, and legacy DryCal products. Depending on your location, please contact the authorized service center nearest you for a service quote or calibration pricing.
Why should I calibrate my DryCal instrument?
Annual service and calibration of your DryCal instrument ensures that measurements remain high in accuracy but low in maintenance. NIST-traceable calibrations by accredited facilities provides defensible audit trails and gives your instrument the periodic care and maintenance required to keep calibrations running smoothly.
What about 3rd party calibration laboratories?
Please note that third party calibration laboratories may compromise your DryCal instrument. Third party labs can only perform verifications, not calibrations and will only issue a NIST-traceable certificate that identifies if the instrument falls within claimed accuracy specifications. Third party labs cannot reset calibration points, provide hardware or firmware updates, perform repairs and maintenance with authorized equipment, or even check and change batteries.
Feel free to contact Mesa Labs today with any questions or concerns you may have about calibration and maintenance of your DryCal instrument. We look forward to supporting you!
